I can't believe Steamboat took that 450 splash. Those legends sold well. Bret Hart should be embarrassed...

What more do you really want them to do? They can't go much further without getting fired and having the entire angle stopped immediately.....

They already were 'fired'.

They are pretty much the new version of nWo. nWo managed to be interesting each week causing shit. NXT crew running out and destroying everything is lame. It was cool the first time but they need to think of some other way to kick some ass.

This is ALL the nWo did... they beat people up, had a hidden leader for a couple months, gained more talent and beat more people up in a mob-like fashion.

Difference was, they didn't have this PG rating, so they were able to mug people "believably" whereas The Nexus have to keep within the limits of "don't choke a guy with his tie or get in a car wreck to injure someone". If you're going to blame anyone for their "lack of creativity", blame the big dogs... and accept that what we're being given of these guys is still more edgy and raw than almost anything we've had since the Shane vs. Kane feud.

Promos were a BIG part of the nWo. All the NXT have done is apologize and that's it. There's no clear leader out of the group (where was Wade Barrett?) that can cut a promo that will keep out mouths watering for more. Not to mention, the nWo ACTUALLY had matches.

This week was a stand by. They needed to have the NXT lads around so they had them gain some more heat by destroying the legends. They are being established as dangerous. We are just in the establishing part of their characters. We have talked so much about these guys we tend to forget the storyline has only had 3 weeks of development. Next week should be big as we have some actual storyline development.

BTW, Khali is a month from getting fired. He was already a comedy act but half of his "comedy" was the smart ass comments Singh made when translating him. Unless, God forbids, they also find a way to tie Khali with Santino and Kozlov, he will be future endeavoured really soon

Khali: LOL at the fact that he left SD to return to India to regroup blah, only to crop up in jobber tag teams on Raw within a week or two.... What; the roster & 'creative' just couldn't get by without him?
