Jeff Jarrett and Owen Hart won the tag titles on the January 25th 1999 Raw from The Big Bossman and Ken Shamrock. They lost the titles on the March 30th 1999 Raw to Kane and X-Pac.

1-2-3 Kid and Bob Holly

The 1-2-3 Kid and Bob Holly won the tag titles on January 22nd 1995 at The Royal Rumble by defeating Bam Bam Bigelow and Tatanka in a tournament final. They lost the titles to The Smoking Gunns the next night on Raw.

Not much in this one, the titles meant more when Holly and the Kid won them, but because they only held them for a day and because Owen and Jeff were great heels and much better wrestlers then they get my vote.
