Crash and Hardcore Holly won the tag titles on the October 18th 1999 Raw from The Rock ‘n’ Sock connection. They lost the titles to Mankind and Al Snow on the November 4th 1999 Smackdown.

1-2-3 Kid and Marty Jannetty

The 1-2-3 Kid and Marty Jannetty won the tag titles from The Quebecers on the January 10th 1994 Raw. They lost the titles back on the January 17th 1994 Raw.

As much as I dislike Hardcore I found Crash Holly to be hilarious and their gimmick was great so they get my vote.

It is a shame though, because I think given longer Jannetty and Kid could have been a fine team and have had a good reign with the titles, they just worked really well together were both decent enough in the ring.

Jannetty and Kid probably could have been a very good team but Jannetty couldn't stay on the straight and narrow.
