Does everyone understand the concept of PM'ing someone your choices in scenarios like this? it would really help the pace if we could utilize that method in situations like this

Then again it doesn't take someone the most effort to simply logon briefly, make a quick pick for the sake of everyone else (after using some thought and consideration), and move onto the next guy.

Point is when you are 1-3 picks away and either leaving ie going to sleep or work that is the best plan of action

Fair enough, but when a person stalls on their pick for fuck all long when they knew they were relatively close, well yep that's annoying.
