He lost the title to Ron Killings in a four way match also involving Raven and Chris Harris on May 19th 2004 at TNA Weekly PPV#95. He won his third NWA title from Jarrett on May 15th 2005 at Hard Justice. He lost the title to Raven on June 19th 2005 at Slammiversary in a King of the Mountain match also involving Abyss, Monty Brown, and Sean Waltman. He won the TNA title from Kurt Angle on September 20th 2009 at No Surrender. He lost the title to Rob Van Dam on the April 19th 2010 Impact.
