Val Venis

Val Venis won the IC title on February 14th 1999 at In Your House: St. Valentine’s Day Massacre from Ken Shamrock with Billy Gunn as Special Referee. He lost the title to the Road Dogg on the March 15th 1999 Raw. He won his 2nd IC title from Rikishi on the July 6th 2000 episode of Smackdown, He lost the title to Chyna on August 27th 2000 at SummerSlam in a tag match with Trish Stratus vs Chyna and Eddie Guerrero.

The Godfather

The Godfather won the IC title on the April 12th 1999 Raw from Goldust. He lost the title to Jeff Jarrett on the May 31st 1999 Raw is Owen.

Godfather whilst entertaining wasn't the best in the ring. Val Venis whilst involved in some dumb storylines could wrestle and was the better IC Champion.

Went Val Venis here because I've never liked The Godfather, I was quite young that time and never understood his gimmick
