With total props to @WholeFN'Moe, I decided to do the opposite of his thread. I don't often get bashed for wrestlers I don't like as much as I get bashed for wrestlers I DO like. So let's do a mirror of his thread, while giving him the credit for the original idea.

Jeff Jarrett. In my mind, Ric Flair is the unequivocal greatest wrestler to ever step into a ring. Although I would NOT consider Jarrett the second best, he is my second favorite easily. In fact, if Jarrett were to step into the ring with Kazuchika Okada, I would likely be cheering for Jarrett. I think Jarrett is terribly underrated. I think he is a lot better than most people give him credit for. He is not the greatest guy in the ring, but he can put on a good match and he can make his opponent look a little better than they are. He is not as nearly skilled at this as Flair or HBK, but he can do it. Other than that, Jarrett founded and ran my favorite promotion since Jim Crockett Promotions, TNA from 2002 to 2010. I think he did an awesome job of running the company, which he did even though Panda Energy owned it. It wasn't until he was removed from power that TNA went on a downward spiral that they have yet to recover from. Jarrett is a much better promoter than a wrestler, but I like him as both. And no one can say Jeff Jarrett never drew a dime, because I've gone to dozens of wrestling events over the years simply because Jeff Jarrett was on the card. He drew me to matches, period.

Ric Flair. Oddly enough, this was considered blasphemy in my time. However, lots of people today think Flair was overrated. I am sorry though, if you think Flair is overrated, then you have no business being a wrestling fan. Flair was the most humble wrestler in the ring EVER. He was always willing to make himself look out matched in order to promote other wrestlers. He was always willing to work his ass off to make others look good. And he didn't have to because the man was so talented he could have a match with Roman Reigns and it would be a 5 star classic. But some people just don't get it. The worst are the die hard Bret Hart fans, who erroneously think he is better than Flair. Hart was amazing, but he could only have good matches with other good wrestlers. If Hart was pitted against a bad wrestler, the match sucked. Flair didn't have that handicap. But I do hear a lot of crap from the Hart die hards. Sorry guys, Flair was better.

Andy Kaufman. Yup, you heard it right. I think Andy was one of the best pure heels of all time. His work with Jerry Lawler made Kayfabe look real. I don't think anyone in the history of wrestling was able to make a crowd hate him the way Andy could. However, when I sing his praises, people put me down. They think he wasn't serious about what he was doing. They think he was just a rich Hollywood guy exploiting wrestling. But he wasn't. Andy Kaufman, the greatest comedian of all time, was BORN to be a professional wrestling personality. Wrestling was the perfect fit for his work of blending truth and fiction. But a lot of people don't realize this and wonder why I praise the guy. Because he was awesome.

If this thread was made 10 years ago, I would have said Triple H but since he's pretty much a sacred cow by wrestling fans, I would have to go with....

Ryback, I don't know why but I really like Ryback's dedication to at least TRYING to be a better wrestler and if they hadn't put a rocket on his back to the main event and had him gradually work his way up the roster being undefeated, I think he would still be with the company, maybe as a former world champion. Yeah yeah he injured Punk, he injured Harper, but fuck it, I still like Ryback and to me its bittersweet knowing that Braun Strowman is doing so well as an unstoppable monster, I believe Ryback could have fulfilled that role as well and if he stayed, I think he definitely would have benefited from the draft.

Mojo Rawley, I swear to god, NXT has spoiled in terms of roster talent. Mojo is not an amazing wrestler, he's average at best. But I like Mojo just because he's entertaining and I like his gimmick. Its fun, and nothing offensive that people should be complaining about.

Santino Marella, I don't give a fuck at this point, I adore Santino. I think we can all agree that WWE is terrible when it comes to comedy, but Santino is one of the best comedic wrestlers I've ever seen. What I love the most is that he is willing to do some of the most stupidest things to get people entertained like Cobra, the unibrow, the Honkey Tonk meter, all of these stupid ideas that worked because Santino knows that wrestling needs to be fun as well as engaging and he was able to do both. Seriously, watch Elimination Chamber 2012, Santino was super over against Daniel Bryan at the the time. He made Vladamir Kozlov entertaining, the fact that people call him the worst IC champion just goes to show how wrestling fans take the product way too seriously, and I honestly miss Santino now that hes retired.

Jeff Jarrett
I always liked Jarrett back in the day...but he "apparently" did wrong by Vince
when it was time for him to drop the IC belt to Chyna. Either way...I liked the
guy and he was/is a good friend of Jim Cornette...so he should get a point
or 2 for that.
Ric Flair
One of the greatest ever...I just don't want to see him on television anymore.
I don't know much about "The Big Guy" but I have listened to a couple of
episodes of his podcast...and he seems like a really intelligent guy. From
what he's said...it almost seemed like he was doing too well and the WWE
went out of their way to "destroy his brand" He isn't dumb as fuck as far as
I can tell...but I've never seem him wrestle...so I'm not one to have a valid
opinion.
Mojo Rawley
This guy has amazing energy and clearly loves what he does. He almost seems
like a wrestler who time traveled from the 80's to modern times and is just
excited to be here.
Santino Marella
Any guy who danced, wrestled with and supported Emma in her early main
roster days gets a free pass from me.

Wait...why am I doing this...I should be listing my three...Okay...So...

Gangrel: I loved his look, entrance music and his pre-match blood spitting
ritual...and I always liked that "grin" he seemed to have on his face. Like he
was just happy to be entertaining the audience. Plus he started "The Brood"
which featured a couple of other guys who went on to do some great work.
He wasn't much of a wrestler...but his finisher was called "The Impaler" which
is funny because he went on to direct porn...and moving on.

That's the grin I'm talking about...

Raven: I caught Raven and his Flock during his WCW run and his matches
against Diamond Dallas Page and Chris Benoit were always great to watch.
I also remember the night Goldberg crushed Raven (and the Flock) to go
75 - 0 and win the United States title. Raven won it from DDP Sunday night...
lost it to Goldberg Monday night...because we couldn't have DDP get squashed
by Goldberg just yet. Anyway...big fan of Raven and I always will be.

I bet he smells...

Dana Brooke:
I know I know...she's a terrible wrestler...I admit that...but
goddamn her body is just amazing to look at.
Dana+Brooke-wwe+raw+women+wrestlers.jpg

I swear I've never really liked blondes until I started watching wrestling
again...Charlotte, Alexa Bliss and Dana Brooke are all amazing in very
different ways. Well...part of me feels sorry for Dana as she was elevated
to the main roster way too early...and then her running buddy Emma was
injured leaving her to become Charlotte's unneeded lackey and whatever
push she was going to get against Charlotte disappeared. I really hope
Dana can improve her in-ring skills and get a new direction when Emmalina
returns...because...well...I just love looking at her.

Their team should be named "Booty & The Biceps"

Love him.

I get this one. A lot of the wrestling purists would bash anyone for liking Gangrel because he wasn't really that good of a wrestler. But in an era where characters were on top of in-ring performance (they still are to me, I don't care how many flips or moves you can fit into a minute if your character doesn't entertain me), Gangrel was a really big favorite of mine as a kid.

But...

Who in their right mind would bash anyone for liking Raven? My personal bias aside because I've always been such a huge Raven fan, the dude is massively underrated. One of the best promos I think, easily one of the best characters, and he was pretty good in the ring too. I feel like Raven is one of those wrestlers that WWE misused terribly because they didn't get his character, and they weren't willing to give him the freedom to get his own character out there.

People I've spoken to about wrestling...and I agree WWE
wasted him when they had him.

Yay! Someone who understands wrestlers need (a) character
to truly be entertaining. We should be friends!
Ryback, CM Punk,
There is a joke in there somewhere...I'm pretty sure...I just
don't have the knowledge to find it.

I thought "everyone" liked CM Punk...people never seem to
stop chanting his name at WWE events...even though the
last time I checked he was choked out like a bitch.

I think CM Punk goes both ways (No... not like that!). You will get crap for liking him or hating him. He is just a popular topic these days and you will find equal supporters and people who essentially want to see him flat on his face. As for my three, I think all of them have been mentioned that would have came to mind. Actually... I did like Batista but not in the sense you would think. I thought he was an awful wrestler but holy crap could he play a good cry baby heel. It was so annoyingly good at times. I think he can make this list. Most people seem to agree he doesn't deserve to be liked or that he just sucks at being a human being. Good ol' Tit Poker.

What happened anyway? ....Did he do something or some things? I never knew why everybody always thought that, is it just the John Morrison fans hating on him because of the whole Melina thing?

He is a known dick to guys and a douche to women. Just the way he acts all mighty and better than everyone seemingly pissed/pisses people off.

Kane . . . it's socialy accaptable to like Masked Kane, as the years went on the okness plummeted, he continued to be my all time favorite long after that. Same goes for his TNA counterpart Abyss

Baron Corbin . . . he's not great yet, but if he lives up to his character's potential ever, it will be cool to be a lone wolf fan, I'm ahead of the curve.

Molly Holly, the eternal bridesmade of female pro wrestling, over shadowed for not being over the top but I really liked her.
