Sheamus won The US title on March 14th 2011 on Raw from Daniel Bryan. He lost the title in a Tables match to Kofi Kingston on May 1st 2011 at Extreme Rules.

Tully Blanchard

Tully Blanchard won the US title from Magnum T.A. on July 21st 1985 in Charlotte, North Carolina. He lost the belt back to Magnum T.A. on November 28th 1985 at Starrcade in an I Quit Steel Cage Match.

I went with Sheamus. I don't know much about Blanchard but he hasn't left that much of an impression so Sheamus gets it for his okay title reign.
