I'm going with Nas, because he's just too unique to give Tupac the edge on him.

I agree, Tupac is a lyrical genius, and he's good at what he does. But what's special about him? His flow? Mimmicked, and mastered by hundreds already. His lyrics? Yes, they are something, but Nas is just as masterful. Tupac is too over rated imo, and Nas is Rap's unsung hero for a reason.

Nas, as mentioned by Rell, he tells a story, not just from his point of view, but he tosses himself into the position of being a gun, or a roach. When has Tupac done something like that? Nas foresure.

I'm going to go ahead, and throw myself in the shark invested waters here, but if Tupac was never shot, killed, and had his beef with B.I.G. he wouldn't be as big.

The poll is currently tied and I honestly see it that way, they're pretty much identical imo. Nas is the modern day 2Pac.

That is true. Honestly, this debate could go either way and will be debated for the rest of time. Nas is the only rapper alive that can be compared to Mr. Shakur imo. They both can tell one hell of a story in rhyme.
