What ?. No the winning team gets their brand manager choice of who becomes the 30th pick in the rumble. That's why it makes sense for the managers to choose their warriors and for why the team will will work together.
Add's excitement to the show! Maybe the person who gets the last pin says they deserve the spot since they got the last pin. Then another person comes out and says that they deserve because they eliminated the most people. And another because they were in the match the longest, etc. Then the GM's of the show decide who gets it (perhaps a match between everyone on the team).
Not everyone on the same brand likes each other.
Plus to add to this point. It makes sense for the guys to be working as a team in the match itself and why the ppv will feel much watched.
January: Royal Rumble (both brands, King of the Ring gets spot #30)
February: Extreme Rules (one brand), Fastlane (one brand)
March: Wrestlemania (both brands)
April: Elimination Chamber (both brands)
May: Armageddon (RAW is COLE), Backlash (breakDOWN!)

I see that you want King of the Ring, but why does it have to be connected to another PPV? Why can't it stand alone? Also, no Survivor Series?
Modified @AfricanScatMahn plan to include KOTR, which would be a RAW is Cole exclusive. No need for it to be another dual brand ppv.

What if we have Bragging Rights 8v8, do a tournament for the #30 spot in the next PPV and take out King of the Ring? I guess looking back on it, the King gimmick is a bit unnecessary with all this buildup.
Why can't we do The Bragging Rights 5 v 5 winner gets their brand the chance to be the 30th pick in the RR idea ?.. What issues do you have with it ?
