I'm sure it was blown up to be made "newsworthy" but all i was stating is that revealing things a company doesnt want you to in the first few months of your relationship is bad business, plain and simple. It wont effect shit for sales, but definitely takes away from what 2K wanted to please stephanies twitter fans, which is fucked up.
Oh definitely, that's why I put quotations around freak out.
Anyway, when I thought bad business, I wasn't really thinking in terms of business relationship, but even thinking that now I don't think it really applies here. It's a new relationship, a hiccup is to be expected. And since this is a minor one, it's can be easily amended for future occasions. Yeah, the practice isn't good for that, but really in this case I just don't see this a big deal at all. I'm also pretty sure it wasn't made clear to WWE that this was suppose to be a secret or at least to Stephanie. I mean just the past year THQ arranged a segment with WWE where they revealed Punk was the cover star. I don't know, I think about what variable changed, and it's not WWE so it's hard for me to place all the blame squarely on them. And no, this article never outright says WWE was well aware of this (or that at least Stephanie was). Just what 2K originally planned and that they talked to Rock's people about Rock promoting it.
Even so, it's early on, they can/will easily work this out, it's still not a big deal no matter which way I look at it.
