Chyna won the IC title from Jeff Jarrett on October 17th 1999 at No Mercy in a Good Housekeeping Match. She lost the title to Chris Jericho on December 12th 1999 at Armageddon. On the December 30th 1999 Smackdown Chyna and Jericho’s match ended in a double pinfall vacating the title, but Chyna went on the claim she was a co-champion. She lost a triple threat match to Jericho also involving Hardcore Holly at the Royal Rumble on January 23rd 2000 to end the controversy. Chyna won her 2nd IC title from Val Venis on August 27th 2000 at SummerSlam in a tag match with Eddie Guerrero vs Val and Trish Stratus. She lost the title to Eddie Guerrero in a triple threat match also including Kurt Angle on the September 4th 2000 Raw.

Goldust won the IC title from Razor Ramon on January 21st 1996 from Razor Ramon at The Royak Rumble. He vacated the title on the April 15th 1996 episode of Raw when his match with Savio Vega ended in a No Contest. He won his 2nd title by defeating Vega in a rematch on the April 22nd 1996 episode of Raw. He lost the title to Ahmed Johnson on June 23rd 1996 at King of The Ring. He won his 3rd IC title from Road Dogg on the March 29th 1999 Raw. He lost the title to The Godfather on the April 12th 1999 Raw.

Goldust. Chyna winning it was a joke. Goldust was quality and was taken more seriously back when he had the title.

Agreed, I liked it when the character was taken seriously rather than used as comic relief. But if he is working behind the scenes as an agent in WWE I would be happy since he will offer a lot to the other wrestlers.

The IC title greatly diminished after Chyna won it. Even as built as she was, it was still hard to take her as a serious threat against anybody.

Guessing WWE didn't test the women back then.

Goldust for me also, like Troy said the way his character was origianlly layout was awesome, and he had the whole packenge, great music, a different look and good promos. I found his feud with Razor very cutting edge! See what I did there LOL!
