Jack Swagger

Jack Swagger won the ECW title from Matt Hardy on the January 13th 2009 ECW. He lost the title to Christian on April 26th 2009 at Backlash. He won the World title from Chris Jericho on the April 2nd 2010 Smackdown. He lost the title to Rey Mysterio on June 20th 2010 at Fatal Four Way in a match also involving Big Show and CM Punk.

Barry Windham

Barry Windham won the NWA title from The Great Muta on February 21st 1993 at SuperBrawl. He lost the title to Ric Flair on July 18th 1993 at Beach Blast.

Swagger's title reign was a fluke and Windham's reign was based off the fact that he was a star in NWA and beginning of WCW for a long while so Windham should take this.

This. Swagger was a very underrated ECW champion, and World Champion for that matter.

I'd have to say he is one, if not the most underrated superstar in WWE Today.

What makes this close is the fact that when Windham finally won the title he was not the talent he had been and like Scott said did not have the best of reigns. However I really like him, and as far as 80s/early 90s wrestlers goes he was one of the best. I agree about Swaggers ECW Title run and rate him, but Windam gets my vote.

I went Windham, he was well used in the 80's where as Swagger won the ECW title, WHC and now is nowhere.

Barry Windham because Swagger's title reign is so easy to forget. Especially how he was jobbing to Santino a few weeks before.

I went with Jack Swagger, I've always liked his wrestling ability and he was a great World Heavyweight champion. I also liked his ECW title reign, he is a great WWE superstar.

Barry is a great superstar but I don't find him as entertaining.
