Tough choice here, Eddie's Latino Heat was highly entertaining and put on awesome matches. But he was saddled with Chyna and stole alot of his fire.

Owen was great during his runs as well. He was destined for more things.

This one is tough but have to go Owen. Really got himself over as champ. He lost luster when his feud with Bret ended but brought it back here.

I went with Owen. I like both of them and they had memorable moments as IC champion but the Guerrero feud involving Chyna puts a damper on it for me.

The title still meant a lot when Owen had it, I guess maybe it did a little the first time around with Eddie, tough choice two very good wrestlers and personaity, but Owen for me.
