Hunter Hearst Helmsley/Triple H

Hunter Hearst Helmsley won the IC title on on October 21st 1996 from Marc Mero on Raw. He lost the title to Rocky Maivia on February 13th 1997 on Thursday Raw Thursday. Now going by Triple H, he won his 2nd title from The Rock on August 30th 1998 in A Ladder Match at SummerSlam. He forfeited the title on October 9th 1998 due to injury. He won his third IC title on the April 5th 2001 Smackdown from Chris Jericho. He lost the title to Jeff Hardy on the April 12th 2001 Smackdown. He won his fourth IC title back from Hardy on April 16th 2001 on Raw. He lost the title to Kane in a Chain Match at Judgment Day on May 20th 2001. Triple H won his 5th IC title when he defeated Kane at No Mercy on October 20th 2002. He unified the title with the World title that night.

Razor Ramon

Razor Ramon won the vacant IC title on the October 11th 1993 Raw by defeating Rick Martel. He lost the title to Diesel on the April 13th 1994 Superstars. He won the title back from Diesel on August 29th 1994 at SummerSlam. He lost the title to Jeff Jarrett on January 22nd 1995 at the Royal Rumble. He won the Title back from Jarrett on May 19th 1995 in Montreal in a Ladder Match. He lost the title back to Jarrett on May 22nd 1995 in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada. He won his fourth IC title on October 25th 1995 from Dean Douglas t In Your House 4: The Great White North. He lost the title to Goldust on January 21st 1996 at The Royal Rumble.

Never realized how Canada played a factor in Razor's title runs.

Razor was at his best during this time, and all his problems aside, can't say he wasn't good at what he did.

Razor was a great IC champion. Has lost a lot of respect over the years for personal issues but you can't take away the past. Razor here for sure.

Razor Ramon did more with the IC belt than Triple H. Razor Ramon was huge with the IC belt where for a couple of HHH's reigns it was a secondary thing.

The ladder matches and feud with Shawn alone are the stuff of legends, back then Razor was one of the hottest things around.
