what do you need help with happy to assist. the gfx i posted shows both conferences ( east and west) and the D# is where they finished. wc1 and wc2 are the wild card entries, which would represent #7 and #8 seeds. so in each conference there are 2 divisions. top 3 of each division make it it (so d1/2/3 x 2) and the 2 wild cards make it in as the 2 last spots.

if you have more specific questions I am happy to answer more things
