I would say his biggest obstacles will be PAC in the semis and maybe whoever is the wild card. if not, I think we may get a Jay White Danielson finals with Danielson taking it

Looking at the men’s bracket, you’re absolutely correct. There’s a lot of good wrestlers but his name just stands out head and shoulders above everyone else.

there's also the story playing out that it is his last year full time and he has yet to win a title and it's killing him. It's "basically" his last shot at the title in kayfabe and he wants to win it at AEW's mania. The stars all do seem aligned...but I am terrified because we've been here before and stabbed in the back

In fact, if Will wins against Swerve this month, and Danielson beats Will at Wembley they could replicate the mania double belt yes moment...but idk if that really works against the hometown boy will, so I would not do this.

I would have Swerve retain at FD against Will because The Family or wtv you want. Then you have 2 options

1. Swerve loses to Danielson at All In

or
2. (imo better) Have Hangman return and take the title from Swerve after rejoining the Elite - do it on a special Dynamite if you have to. Only for him to lose to Danielson in August. That way you ensure the massive pop for Danielson finally winning the AEW title and taking the Wolrd Title away from The Elite. There is a lot of runway between Forbidden Door and All In so there is plenty of time for Hangman to challenge Swerve after the next PPV
