Does anyone buy Nick Foles repeating his success from last season?

Considering pass interference rules are a joke, WR outclass 99% of defensive backs and that rules are designed to boost QB numbers, Foles should throw 100 touchdowns next year.
According to my calculations, Peyton Manning should throw 500 touchdowns and Dree Brees will throw 498 touchdowns.
Mark Sanchez will throw -5 touchdowns next season
