Jessica Chastain, Rooney Mara, Viola Davis, Michelle Williams, Rooney Mara and Tilda Swinton all had better performances.

Overall, nothing surprising and mostly predictable. I understand that people love Hugo and The Artist, but my god, can they give them anything else? For Hugo to win best visual effects over the likes of Harry Potter, Transformers, and Rise of the Planet of the Apes is a little much. Whatever though, nothing I didn't expect.

And what was up with Angelina Jolie? Jesus christ she used to be hot =(

Oh, and Nick Nolte and Robert DeNiro desperately need some black hair dye. Man they are looking old.

The black was more for DeNiro, but I just remember him with brown hair. Even just about 5 years ago they both looked decent at least. I remember them both in Cape Fear and both looked normal with black/brown hair. Even DeNiro just a couple years ago looked fine in Little Fockers. I guess I'm just getting old =(
