3. Edge and Christian will face Jeri-Show at Wrestlemania

4. The Main Event of Summerslam will be Edge (face) vs. Batista (heel) for a World Title

5. Charlie Haas will win some form of Gold on the Smackdown Brand

6. RVD will debut for TNA and face Kurt Angle in his first match

7. Sting, Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair will be in the same ring at the same time

8. Daivari will return to the WWE

9. Bryan Danielson will defeat William Regal in his first match

10. The Undertaker will be in the same match as Kane with the World Heavyweight Championship on the line

11. Slam Master J, Jimmy Wang Yang, The Great Khali, Tony Atlas and Hornswoggle will all be released

12. Triple H and Sheamus will have a match on Pay Per View

13. CM Punk will defeat Rey Mysterio at Wrestlemania

14. Chavo Guerrero will win some form of Gold

5. Abe Washington loses his chat-show; as a result with fueds Tiffany and eventually becomes the GM of ECW.

10. Samoa Joe get's fucked off with backstage BS in TNA and jumps ship to WWE, debuts strongly, only to get crushed by Cena or Taker and then fester in the mid-card.

11. Evan Bourne get's injured, returns, has a poor run in a hastily thrown together tag team, jobs in singles for a while longer and is then released by the end of the year.

12. Still no world title for JoMo.

13. Celeb v Wrestler match @ Summerslam 2010.

14. WWE will kayfaybe a Cena injury and take him off-screen to take the edge off of a recurrence of the 2006 Cena-hate.

15. Undertaker goes 18-0.

16. Hogan will have left TNA before the end of the year (and will be hounding Vince for WM bookings again by WM27; suggesting Hogan v Vince II. lol)

17. AJ Styles will NOT drop his current world title to a first-time champ.

18. The imminent rub from the Hitman will not be sufficient to elevate The Hart Dynasty beyond your typical WWE tag team and they'll be back in their current bit part role once Bret is gone.

19. Chavo Guerrero STILL won't be given his sense of shame/pride/manhood back.


20. There will be NO Monday Night War II.

I don't think its that Cena refused to put him over, I think its the same problem he had when he faced Lesnar...neither guy knew how to take the lead in the match.

The stip should have been enough 'protection' for Cena's charcter, but I just didn't see the usual reliable level of performance from Cena in that match and I put this down to him not being happy about what he'd been asked to do.

Just my own suspicions... Obviously I can't substantiate them.

I see what your saying, but I think there is still a difference. With Khali vs. Cena they aren't doing a typical match. Its basically Cena just bumping like crazy and then trying a power move. The Cena vs. Khali matches were horriable, but they worked because it didn't have to be a Cena/Orton or Cena/Triple H calibur match.

A table match isn't a typical match either... Brawl lots, tease a few table bumps, rock some finishers and reversals then... cue the finish.

Seamus coulda rocked the Razors Edge on Cena to put him through the table even though ya know he'd probably kick out in a standard match.

2010 has been and is going to be the year that wrestling has woken up from a 9 year sleep. The Monday Night Wars are back!! I can't begin to tell you how HUGE that is. TNA stars like the Pope are finally getting the chance to shine on a big stage. The WWE has noticed that there is an urgency for new stars and is making some with the NXT. (Just finished watching it, it is AWESOME!) The WWE Pay Per View schedule is changing bringing in cool new concepts to the WWE. And , Wrestlemania 26 looks to be one of the best in years Shawn Michaels vs Undertaker looks like it's going to be the best match of all time. Not to mention a Bret Hart coming to the WWE. WOW.

It reminds me of when you have nothing to all week and on the final day everyone wants to party and see you. But at the least the party is here in the form of 2010 pro wrestling. It's gonna be good man.
