It takes extreme dedication to make posts like this. But alas, it is folly, because the Boston Red Sox are far better than the Cleveland Indians (Guardians). What players have played for both Cleveland and Boston? Dennis Eckersley, Manny Ramirez, Ellis Burks. Can you think of anyone else?
Do you know why Eckersley was traded by the Indians to the Red Sox in '78? Eck should have been a mainstay in the Tribe's rotation for years to come.

For the answer answer to why he got traded to Boston, just Google 'Dennis Eckersley + Rick Manning'.
