    Yes, they would, and have done so numerous times in the past. I'm firmly behind the belief that they start angles with no idea how they're going to finish. It would explain a lot of the idiotic stuff that's gone on in the company for the past 20+ years.

    I don't think they're going to turn Punk anytime soon, he's doing well as a face champ. You can't use Rock/Cena as an argument, neither of them was the GM. I said that there were other ways of doing the feud that didn't involve Austin being the GM, that's one of them.

    So Austin would be the GM and he would feud with CM Punk. What reason would he have to do that? I mean its not like he's going to be a heel GM, and since Punk is a face I see no reason for them not to get along. If this has something to do with your idea that Austin and Punk should fight at...

    In a time when my interest in WWE was waning, his appearance on Raw really got me back into it. They really need something like that now, because the show is hurting.
