    USA will never, as long as they have a deal, hand over the contracted rights to RAW, and WWE does not want to take the product off of television strictly for the app. Also, live content will air... NXT will be live, as will PPV's... so I don't know why you assumed there wouldn't be live...

    PPV's will not cost more than the $10 subscription price per month. WWE generally doesn't make most of what the PPV's cost anyways as a lot of it goes to the cable providers.
