    Sonnen finally trained submissions before his last fight, last night. Jone's has always been great on submission defense. He's lanky and has a reach advantage and could easily take care of Silva himself on the ground.

    He didn't miss every strike he hit him FOUR STRAIGHT times, you can even see it in the replay. Yea Rashad is trying to fight Silva, but he couldn't even beat Jones who has a longer reach then the Spider.

    I'm not a Silva fan either, I just don't like Sonnen; well his post fight interview made me not totally hate him. 1. Knee was legal. 2. He ate four hammer fists on the ground, he wasn't defending himself it was a good call.
