What are some of your unpopular TV/Movie opinions?

Maybe not as much as Resident Evil does, but I don't feel like it's popular opinion to rate it as highly as I do. Not only do I think it's a great movie in its own right, but I'd go as far as to say it's my favourite video game to movie adaptation. Bar isn't super high though I guess. :lol

What are some of your unpopular TV/Movie opinions?

I think the Resident Evil and Silent Hill adaptations are pretty good. Talking the very first movies. Silent Hill more-so. they really nailed how the town should feel. Loved the cast in that movie as well, Sean Bean always a win for me.

What are some of your unpopular TV/Movie opinions?

I feel the same as you lately. In the past I used to try to keep up with every new trendy show people were talking about. It just leaves you feeling burnt out, and it's harder to drop the shows and becomes a sort of obligation. Past couple of years I've been doing my own thing and watching shows...

What are some of your unpopular TV/Movie opinions?

I just wish I'd stopped watching it at a certain point because I feel as though I'd remember it more fondly. The Walking Dead was one of those shows that when it was on point, it was must-see TV and then other times it felt like I was watching an entirely different show. I remember I was hyped...

What are some of your unpopular TV/Movie opinions?

I love The Shining but I do agree there is a fair bit of overacting in that film by Jack Nicholson, I still think he's great however. Apparently Stephen King hated the movie, and wasn't a big fan of Kubrick's take on it.

What are some of your unpopular TV/Movie opinions?

As soon as The Walking Dead started to become a soap opera, I lost interest. There's just far too much downtime in that show to develop characters I didn't even care about. I thought the show legitimately started good, and had some solid seasons but very forgettable show actually. I don't miss...

What are some of your unpopular TV/Movie opinions?

Same here. I understand IT Crowd's humour more for a start, but I also just thought the cast were a bit funnier. Then again, I also prefer The Office (UK) which is unpopular as well. Not even a huge Ricky Gervais fan, but the British version seems a bit more realistic and sarcastic which I...

What are some of your unpopular TV/Movie opinions?

That's certainly an interesting take. I always thought Breaking Bad got better as the series went on, it goes from 0-100 real quick if you watch the Seasons immediately after the other. In a way though, I sort of agree with you because in the later seasons the Walt & Jesse dynamic dissolves and...

What are some of your unpopular TV/Movie opinions?

Thought this would be a good thread, and will no doubt stir up some (friendly) discussion. I'll get this started: Home Alone 3 is a decent film. Whilst the main lead isn't as good as Macaulay Culkin, he's not bad. The kid in the film has enough charm & charisma to carry it, and the traps are...
