    Yeah. I think you have the best idea. I said that right after seeing the team that got scored on get penalized, so that's what was on my mind.

    I am not fond of the rule that enforces unsportsmanlike conduct penalties after a score on the ensuing kickoff. I believe the 15 yards should be applied after the next kickoff. Making a touchback more or less likely does not seem like an appropriate punishment for a personal foul.
