    Unfortunately there have been quite a few disappointing IC title reigns in recent years. WWE just don't seem to realise that if they pushed their midcard champions better it would make their transitions to the mainevent a lot easier.     And the IC champion looks inferior yet again. Good way to promote how strong the midcard is by having both the IC and US champions losing clean in random non-title matches.

    I would still just use him occasionally to pop a buyrate and put some guy over. His appearances would lose a bit if HHH appeared full time again. A couple of times a year is enough.

    WWE will probably set up a deal with USA or Syfy to show it on tv soon enough anyway so people can just wait until then. It won't sell well at all.
