That is a bit off point actually. We're not discussing the Superman punch as a finisher, just as a move that in itself seems ridiculous. The belly to belly suplex is a tried and true old move. We'll just have to disagree on this one. Wrestling moves might all look fake to some, but even so, Roman's Superman punch looks worse to me than any other move at the moment. That is exactly correct and that is why I hate the move. One of the things I learned on day 1 of my shotokan classes is that your legs generate a large amount of power for the punch. You use your legs correctly on the ground to propel and then brace yourself and the bracing creates strength...- Jacob Fox
