they hire other writers because Vince doesn't consider what he does "wrestling" -

they go for the education and experience and don't even require that their writers have watched wrestling.. whenever they hire writers, I look it up and those are their qualifications -

well they also hire a lot of writers that have no experience with wrestling.. They only hire writers with bachelors and 5 years TV writing experience. -
