My comment wasn't about your skateboarding. The helmet and arm protectors was about the fact that boots cover feet and helmets and arm protectors protect arms. It had nothing to do with the fact that skaters wear those. It actually had everything to do with what you said about here about open... -

Yeah, but with that rationale wrestlers should wear helmets and arm protectors because arms and heads get injured much more often than legs and feet. Many wrestlers spend a large majority of the match laying on the mat, so it seems like everything should be protected then. -

I think there are much less injuries nowadays than there used to be. I think wrestling is a lot more safe now than it used to be. It's more choreographed than it used to be. And yeah, people got injured a lot back then, you just didn't hear about it as much. I actually think not wearing... -

Nope. You're not missing anything. Although technically the DQ is valid, I cannot remember the last time any illegal man was actually DQ'ed since double teaming is a part of tag team wrestling. It was stupid.
