    I believe for a while, Jay-Z's albums may have only been on Tidal. And I wanna say like Rihanna and Kanye and probably Beyonce, among some others I'm sure, would debut their music early on Tidal or something of that nature.

    It came out back in like 2013 I think and was sort of hyped up but since then, yeah, just been kinda chilling. It is Jay-Z's shit. The purpose was to have better sound quality (probably not really though) and pay the artists a better share.
