    My uncle Randall was a programmer for IBM so he always had the best computers you could have for the time so I loved going to his house

    In 1997 I got my first computer that could go on the internet. It cost $1000 and had 2 GB of hard drive space, which I used to brag about because it was so much lol

    We also had a floppy disk drive with the big old floppy disks on it. You could play the games but of course couldn't save anything. My favorite was a gamed called "Ghana Bwana." It was a ripoff of a console game called "Congo Bongo"

    This was also before hard drives where you could save directly to the computer. Everything had to be saved externally

    I have no idea how they worked, but you had a special cassette player that you hooked up to the computer and the games were on the tapes. Somehow it worked lol
