    Yeah definitely a place for everything. Like in the last year I've used one picture but it was needed to describe better to create that visual. I might use it here so I'm not describing it :P But yeah pictures in RP is an absolute rarity. And should be that way. Avoid at all costs.

    I think in terms of moving on is more in the sense of stop relying on the older generation to not only carry but to be the face and foundation of the company.     Well for quite a few it does seem like a first time endeavor so can't be too hard on them. Just have to give them time. Trial and error is the best way to make it through this. They'll get the hang of it. Besides its just the debut RP so it isn't gonna be perfect.
