    Part of the thing that helped me cut back is they started a smoking ban where I live, can't smoke in Bars, Resturants any public place. Since it's cold as fuck I don't go outside just to smoke and freeze my ass off

    I've been smoking for 10+ years tried to quit and it's hard trust me. When I was a big drinker you used be a 2 pack a day smoker....down to a half a pack now so at least there's progress.
