    yeah when I learned Spanish we just ripped out pages of the texbook metaphorically bc my professors thought it was more beneficial for us to learn Mexican/South American dialect than actual European Spanish so I assume Portuguese is the same way

    I got smooth cantina style at least, it's just a slightly off flavor, enchilada sauce is quite different lol idk why this recipe would say use this instead of just the can of actual enchilada sauce
