Largest US city without a hockey team. Big market, at least some hockey history, the AHL team there only moved due to disagreements and seemed to have a decent crowd.
I am obviously particular to Quebec City since I'm a Canadian, east Coast Canadian, they moved before I was born so I missed out. But also I know that would result in some division shuffling.
And they often were seperated by just a few points which you wouldn't expect since most of the time their teams were second or third in the conference.
