    Depends on what you like. As to the poem, I can tell that there was thought and some emotion put in to this, which is one of the most important things in writing. Though technically speaking its not very good. However that is something that is very easily remedied. Start reading more poetry...

    Its difficult. You have to find an agent, then someone who will publish it, etc, etc. Its a huge headache. I would suggest that you begin by submitting your work to magazines for publishing. Otherwise good luck.
