    Good work on the Union for holding firm then getting something done. I always say this, Unions are not perfect, but they are a crucial tool for helping workers get a united voice and get more done than individuals would get negotiating alone.     That and their "The Answer" vignette were fun. I think the ideas for both were great. Just some fine tuning it'd be great for TV. The type of thing you can do on live shows to work out before bringing it to TV
