    I don’t generally overthink unsanctioned matches if the company just simply says that they’re waving their hands and you can do what you want, but like Adam Pierce very clearly confirmed the match here so it’s an official match. You can’t just say it’s unsanctioned.

    He felt like he was very bipolar because he didn’t come in and stay heel. He would sprinkle it in throughout and he tried to get baby face pops, and then would be insulting fans in the next line.

    Very much so. That’s what I immediately thought, too. Rock kept going from baby face to heel throughout, and it became more evident the longer his pitch went on that he was trying to slowly corrupt Cody into his line of thinking, and he used a lot of personal manipulation.
