    Nah I just read the plot summary of that episode again and her using the same line is def important bc it looks like she said it in present day first and then it showed the flashback context with more meaning

    Also I don't think it's anything to actually read into as meaning more but the whole modeling side plot was hilarious, I assume the chair company was just trying to get him to stop by annoyance? Like their resources are modeling companies so they just signed him up so he'd kept getting the calls...

    He's not starting back the tours, the little guy just kicked the box and his wife saw it. It's just a way to subvert the "I think you're cheating on me" trope with "I think you're starting the Jeep tours again"
