    How about instead of we have a name change thread then all the person has to do is go to that thread is announce the name change. Say what the previous name is and what the current one is. Then we can just go in the thread to find who changed to who. Make it mandatory to do so, of course. Okay...

    Why weren't some scenes filmed differently?

    Because that knowledge was not known when the original star wars movie came out. The last Rogue One scene is actually one of the first scenes shown in Episode 4 but just recreated and brought to the modern era.
