    Very happy to see a Sanada vs EVIL and Naito vs Jake Lee match plus a bunch of tags. Makes it so much easier to catch up on Takeshita vs Cobb, Kidd vs Shota (even if poor due is not 100%), Newman vs ZSJ and maybe O-Khan vs Shingo

    From what I heard these were the G1 Climax Day 1 matches worth watching: Henare vs ELP, ZSJ vs O-Khan, Goto vs Cobb, EVIL vs Kidd, Takeshita vs Tsuji, Naito vs Shingo (though heard Naito had his current day limitations). Any other I should add?
