    Swings? They need momentum to work due to the hip snapping you have to do, on rows I always felt I was cheating myself. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

    I kind of dig the balance work with them as it takes momentum away so you really have to work. An example would be one legged rows. Keep it light to get your balance in and it works incredibly well.
