    So appearntly Brendan Schaub-Lavar Johnson is now taking place at UFC on Fox 5 rather than UFC 154. Mike Swick vs. Matt Brown also added to UFC on Fox 5 which is looking like such an awesome card top to bottom prelims included.

    Re: NFL Thread: 2012 Preseason Some other NFL News from today; Dolphins trade CB Vontae Davis to the Colts for a 2nd round draft pick. Seahawks get rid of Owens, Trade Tavaris Jackson to the Bills and name Russel Wilson as their starter for week one all in a day.

    The UFC has been saying they'd help out getting competition for him for like the last year :lol: It never happens, and it's shitty because Melendez is part of the Showtime deal that they've got so he's kind of stuck their with no real options.

    Just kind of thinking and I'm not sure anybody else suggested this idea but one way they could've saved this card was having Jones fight at Heavyweight. He had yet to cut weight the day the show was cancelled so he was walking around 225-235 anyways. Jones doesn't have the title on the line...

    I still say Cain got caught be a moron in their first fight, think it'll be a different story this time..hopefully. I think it's safe to say though that both Cain and JDS are on a whole other level than any of the other HW's out their, Overeem included.

    Yeah he'll have to fight at least once, unless an injury comes up and they have the chance to do Aldo/Edgar. I'm holding out for a Korean Zombie/Chad Mendes fight though so Frankie should fight Cody McKenzie or Hatsu Hioki in his FW debut.
