AEW Dynamite October 7th, 2025: TITLE TUESDAY!

I had no subscriptions before that moment, what a wild concept. I also don't think I really realized that it was just an app either though.

AEW Dynamite October 7th, 2025: TITLE TUESDAY!

Honestly the exact same with me :lol I just had the realization that I could simply subscribe to the Network on my own and the rest was history
  3. Santa Hoss

AEW Dynamite October 7th, 2025: TITLE TUESDAY!

I may have actually started watching like late late 2017 because I remember watching the 2018 Rumble. But yeah NXT was the big thing that really hooked me in. I also had WWE 2k16 which got me intrigued before that.

AEW Dynamite October 7th, 2025: TITLE TUESDAY!

But that wasn't blind appreciation, the WWE Network actually was so badass. And the bumpers/ads would show highlights of all these people I didn’t know, or had never seen in WWE.

AEW Dynamite October 7th, 2025: TITLE TUESDAY!

We were on pretty similar timelines. I actually stopped watching sooner, in like 2013. But got back in in 2018 and I was pretty blown away by how much shit changed. Truly sad to think about how fucking sick the WWE Network felt at that time. :lol
  6. Santa Hoss

AEW Dynamite October 7th, 2025: TITLE TUESDAY!

I kinda got duped into not hating WWE in 2018 and 2019 because I had been away from wrestling so long, I was kinda just down for whatever:lol eventually that wore off

AEW Dynamite October 7th, 2025: TITLE TUESDAY!

I feel like in the last 5-ish years, nearly every major company has been big on long, meaningful title reigns that have to have a poetic ending. Of course that's good, but it gets to a point where I want it to be more unpredictable and less telegraphed. Ultimately if a reign lasts two months and...

AEW Dynamite October 7th, 2025: TITLE TUESDAY!

I've genuinely stopped tying any value to title reign lengths. At least until it's all done and dusted, like Christian's WHC reigns which disgust me because I can pretty confidently say he's never gonna get to redeem those lmao

AEW Dynamite October 7th, 2025: TITLE TUESDAY!

That run down of Toni's championship glory reminds me of how sad Blaze got one time when she lost the belt. Little did he know.

I don't think it's a given that he will get to the point, or that he's even definitely heading in that direction. At his age, I think he should definitely be wise about the bumps he takes, but he's continually evolved his style anyways. I'd say he's already working way chiller than he was 10...

Are those things even related though? And of course the physical toll of wrestling is its own beast, but it's not like Brock doesn't train his ass off and probably does grueling farm and outdoor work as well.
