    In the late 80s/early 90s, a good bit of the baby faces were over though too. Piper, Savage, Roberts (before the turn), Duggan, etc. Hell, I honestly think if Rick Rude turned face, he would have gotten the mega pops that everyone else was getting.

    It's not about who's over and who isn't. It's about the dude's hard work, dedication and for the lack of a better part, loyalty to the company and you always want to see those dudes rewarded in some way. So even though he doesn't "need" a title, he deserves a title push of some kind.
