    What Are You Watching Now?

Batman The Animated Series S1E03: Nothing to Fear

Best Movie Villain Round 1c: Buford T. Justice (61) vs Michel Delassalle (68)

Delassalle is a true asshole and pure evil in a very real sense. Also Les Diabolique is one of the greatest thrillers ever.

Best Movie Villain Round 1c: Beetlejuice (45) vs The Thing (84)

Odd match for me. I don't really count The Thing as a villain even though I can see why some would. As a monster I much prefer him. I don't really count Beetle Juice as a villain, but Keaton is so entertaining I voted him.

Best Movie Villain Round 1c: Jason Voorhees (4) vs Bellatrix Lestrange (125)

Jason hands down for me. A classic Slasher villain responsible for some great kills. Hockey Mask Jason being the pick.
  5. Keith

Best Movie Villain Round 1c: Raymond Lemorne (29) vs Terence Fletcher (100)

Lemorne was one of my picks and the Vanishing is one of the most unsettling horror movies maybe ever. He is truly sadistic and just has that icy air and look of a classic wiredo.

Best Movie Villain Round 1c: Dr. Evil (36) vs Keyser Söze (93)

I have a lot of fun with Dr. Evil, but this is Soze quite easy. The power of him as a villain is you get to see his evil acts without knowing who he is for most the film.

Best Movie Villain Round 1c: Yzma (52) vs Dark Helmet (77)

Dark Helmet. Rick Moranis is really a slimey little shit :mark:
  8. Keith

Best Movie Villain Round 1c: Norman Bates (13) vs Davy Jones (116)

Have no interest in POTC. Bates is an icon and Perkins performance is spot-on. One of the best horror twists ever.

Best Movie Villain Round 1c: Biff Tannen (20) vs Richard Vernon (109)

Love this classic 80s match. I do class Vernon as a villain, but it has to be Biff for me. He's so iconic and enjoy the three different personas we see from him and how well the actor plays them. Him doing his Donald Trump impression from Part 2 is also my fave of them.

Best Movie Villain Round 1b: Cruella de Vil (56) vs Creeper (73)

I guess its because its a backstory taking place before she was a full on villain. I quite enjoyed that film and Stone's performance, but a very different Cruella for sure.
  13. Keith

Best Movie Villain Round 1b: Raoul Silva (57) vs Khan Noonien Singh (72)

Its KHAANÑNN!!!! For one of the greatest Star Trek movies ever, Into Darkness... only joking! :lmao He gets it for his awesome fashion sense
  14. Keith

Best Movie Villain Round 1b: Boba Fett (40) vs Krug Stillo (89)

Could go either way on this one. Two completely different villains. But Boba Fett has never left much of an impression on me. I vote Stillo who in a very real sense is the lowest of human scum.
  15. Keith

Best Movie Villain Round 1b: Cruella de Vil (56) vs Creeper (73)

The Creeper is a solid monster but is just a lesser verison of a lot of other similar monsters. Cruella was a true orignal and is pure evil, but with style. Close was made to play the role.
  16. Keith

Best Movie Villain Round 1b: Hans Gruber (9) vs Hades (120)

Hans Gruber. He changed the game for what an action movie villan could be. Rickman nails it and the scenes between him and Willis are so compelling. to watch. A true legend. Fun fact he's the second character with that name from a 1980s film. The first was the scientist at the start of...

Best Movie Villain Round 1b: Captain Vidal (41) vs Karl Ruprect Kroenen (88)

Vidal for me. Another underrated villain. Such a chilling performance from the actor.
  18. Keith

Best Movie Villain Round 1b: Michael Myers (8) vs Saruman (121)

Sure, but that's what makes him so scary. There is no ryme or reason, he just is pure evil. I think when you can't place a motivation on a character it makes them more scary. Myers easy for me. I think he's an all time great.
  19. Keith

Best Movie Villain Round 1b: Max Cady (25) vs Percy Wetmore (104)

I went Cady. I think his character and De Niro's performance leaves a bigger mark on the film. But I do agree that Percy is truly unforgiveable and unlikable in everyway. Great performance by Hutchinson. I too had no idea about his real life stuff.
  20. Keith

Best Movie Villain Round 1b: Agent Smith (24) vs John Ryder (105)

Nice contrast here. Ryder is a really underrated villain. Almost a madman on the level of Frank Booth. Has to be the actor's scariest role. Smith pushes him close for me because he was so important to The Matrix.
