Rolling Stones Top 100 TV Shows

That's a point? Not sure. Some of the shows in certain parts of the world streaming shows, but don't know if that always counts. Guess they've stuck mostly to network shows or premuim cable shows.

Rolling Stones Top 100 TV Shows

Again because its 100 there's a case for Dexter to at least make the bottom half just because of how good it was at its best. That's why Stranger Things not making it baffles me. Surely a show like that deserves to be talked about as one of a top 100 ever?...

Rolling Stones Top 100 TV Shows

Don't think so but to be fair Dexter got really bad in the later seasons. I get what you mean about Roots. There are of course plenty of great miniseries. I don't have a problem with them using current shows as long as they've had at least 2-3 seasons. But maybe those shows should rank a...

General Chit-Chat Thread - No Spoilers

Its from Buffy writer Marti Noxon and is a satire of reality tv. Its truly gripping, but very funny at times too. Great acting.

@John McHenry Have you've seen UnREAL? Crimely underrated show which sticks the landing perfectly.

Rolling Stones Top 100 TV Shows

That's all fair. I do think sometimes these lists snear at genre based show. I didn't see Orphan Black on there either and personally that would be in my top 20-10. I don't mind them having a miniseries, but don't think they should include talk shows because that feels like a different...

https://www.rollingstone.com/tv-movies/tv-movie-lists/best-tv-shows-of-all-time-1234598313/the-odd-couple-2-1234598415/ Their first list of this kind since 2016. Predictable number 1. Saul should have been ahead of Breaking Bad IMO. The likes of Buffy, X-Files, Twin Peaks, Six Feet Under and...

WCW 1992 Year in Review - The Year Bill Watts came to town and left his emmmm mark...

World Championship Wrestling 28th March, 1992 The last ever show (before WCW Saturday Night debuts next week) opens with highlights of Vader attacking Sting with a chair and giving him a big splash off the second rope. This was a hot angle getting good heat on Vader and giving him that true...

Best Movie Villain Tournament Round 2c: Lord Voldemort (15) vs Jabba the Hutt (50)

This is down to taste. I went with the more slimy b-movie charm of Jabba baby!

Best Movie Villain Tournament Round 2c: Darth Maul (26) vs Colonel Kurtz (90)

I don't like either but probably like Kurtz a bit less.

Best Movie Villian Tournament Round 2b: Nurse Ratched (28) vs The Penguin (92)

Fitting that Ratched won and I would love her to win the whole thing. RIP Louise Fletcher.

Best Movie Villain Tournament Round 2c: Chucky (7) vs Stuntman Mike (71)

And your point is?! :D Chucky's a true icon. He's the sort of villain who enjoys messy with people and having cool one liners. The first movie was quite scary because it was fresh and it played on the idea of a somethig playful and innocent being sinister. After that first movie they...

Best Movie Villain Tournament Round 2c: Darth Vader (2) vs Lucifer (6)

I'll leave this one because I've not seen the other character.
