    Your sleep schedule/pattern?

    Just curious, what is your regular sleep schedule/pattern? Over the past few months I've developed a pretty bad sleeping pattern, I'll stay up to anywhere from 4-9am est and I'll sleep till around 11-3pm. It's a harsh habit which I'm hoping to fix sometime soon.
