    Well Shogun did maul down and dominate Forrest in Brazil in under 2 minutes so he could bring out a pretty aggressive side and just make it look nasty. I'm hoping so cause I'm tired of seeing Vera even though I haven't seen him since Thiago demolished him cause I missed his fight at UFC 137...

    Yeah it isn't the key but I think the point is that if you can then go for it. I mean no need in holding back. But yeah it isn't required... just quality. And that's the real hard part in long TTs which is again the other point made as in why most shouldn't even attempt to do it.
